Tribal Health Program
Piramal Swasthya’s Tribal Health Program is a pioneering effort to eliminate preventable deaths in tribal areas. Focused on hard-to-reach geographies like Araku Valley in Visakhapatnam, our teams navigate difficult terrain daily to deliver maternal and child healthcare. We’ve recorded zero maternal deaths over the last three years in six mandals, demonstrating the power of doorstep care and system linkage.
Impact: 6 Mandals | 6 Tribal Maternal Centres (TMCs) | 16 Nutrition Hubs | Zero Maternal Deaths
