Piramal Swasthya 104 services focuses on delivering validated health and medical advice to underserved and under resourced communities. One of its major focuses has been on reducing the minor ailment load on Healthcare facilities and high volume of calls received and 44% of repeat callers testify the effectiveness of the 104 services.
